Contract

In addition to the sections generated by the Principals agreements, Workingswell requires that the following sections are included in the Licensee's copy and are agreed to:

I understand that the license may be transferred but not duplicated.

I understand that as a license holder, I shall be under obligation to protect myself and other license holders by taking precautions designed to prevent information regarding the manufacturing and sale of the items concerned from becoming common knowledge. I accept that the items covered in the license will be : Any item produced by me or under my direction that utilizes any skills and methods provided to me by..................

I agree that any information regarding the manufacturing and sale of items designed and produced by ................... whether it comes to me in written or verbal form is not for publication.

I accept that the information that might come to me during the license purchasing process is not mine to use in any form until the final fee is paid and the license granted.

I accept that violating the terms of this agreement shall render the license null and void.
