Incremental

The incremental aspect of Workingswell's unique negotiating system recognizes the needs of both our contributors and their potential clients.

The step by step process resolves the basic "Chicken and Egg" problems inherent to the buying and selling of information, which for the potential buyer is how to gather enough information to make a commitment before making the commitment, and for the seller, how to attract a legitimate buyer without giving away the information that they wish to sell.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS.

STAGE 1.

Browse our list of contributors and see the opportunities they are offering..........................No Charge, No registration required.

STAGE 2.

Select the opportunities that interest you.
Place a three month regional reserve.............$40.00 US. each. Include requested region with payment. You will be fully refunded if the area is not available.

People who successfully place a reserve on a regional opportunity receive the answers to Workingswell's Critical Aspects prepared by the contributor. Contributors may also offer additional information in books or other forms of publication they have produced.
These publications will offer further insight into the skills and knowledge of the contributor without committing the purchaser to buy a Regional License or entitling them to produce any specific items.

STAGE 3

With three months to review the information you may:
Renew your reserve............$40.00 US. each, (up to 5 times)
Purchase publications if offered. (stage three information material)
Contact Workingswell for a quote for your region.
Contact Workingswell to make an offer.
Let the reserve lapse. You will receive no further solicitations.

STAGE 4

Workingswell will pass on your offer or quote request to the contributor who will respond personally so that negotiations are Principal to Principal from that point on. Together, the contributor and purchaser are responsible for the remaining aspects of the agreement such as the final fee and payment schedule, training location and schedule and royalties component if any. The negotiations and agreements will generate a contractual agreement which should be written out and signed by both parties. The use of lawyers, notaries or other professionals is at the discretion of the parties. Workingswell neither advocates or denounces the use of these people and will not be responsible for any part of the costs incurred by their use. Workingswell does require a signed copy of the final agreement which must include this section signed by the purchaser.
