opportunities for self employment into direct principal to principal
negotiations with the contributor offering the opportunity that
interests them. The negotiating begins when the potential purchaser
requests a quote or makes an offer. Together the principals will agree
to a final value that relates to the economic potentials of the
opportunity in the region specified. They may also agree to variances

lessening the start up costs. The agreed upon value remains private and
does not form part of the contributors accountability record.

potential license holder is developed during the negotiating
process. The Principals are responsible for ensuring that the
details such as the final price, payment schedules, training
